Batik Bali

On the way to the resort in Sayan Bali we stopped at a small production studio. It was in a courtyard. Around the edges of the yard were the homes of the women who worked the ikat dyes, batik dying and weaving. Here are some photos of what I say. And yes, I did buy a few ikat and batik items. Even Bali at the shop they are expensive!
Sorry no photos it is Chinese New Year and the internet lines are so clogged with Happy New Year Messages. By the way I read in the paper today there are more cell phones in the world than people.
