We traveled by car up into the eastern part of Bali to a village where traditional ceremonial textiles are woven. The next few photos are the views we saw along the way. This is farm country with rice, peanuts, chili peppers and corn currently growing. The fields are terraced. The water is clear and fast moving. This makes for lush growth. The entire trip was lined with villages and shops. The people were busy about the acitivities of daily life, shop keeping, house keeping, school, crop tending, etc.
