I am finally back in our house in Easton after spending time with my family in Rochester and my daughters in DE. It's good to be back in my bed, my chair, eating my own cooking. However, I look around and see that the dust bunnies are running amuck, the windows have this film of neglect on them and there are piles. Piles of mail, piles of laundry, piles from suitcases emptied in a hurry, then there are the piles of unfinished projects that I left in Januray. And on top of all that it is tax time--more piles. Oh well, I loved our vacation from reality, I enjoyed the time I spent with my Dad and siblings mourning our mother, I loved the time I spent with my daughters and granddaughter. Now it is back to de-piling my life with the help of my dear husband. And sitting in the sun room watching the horses and nature out the back window. Life is good.
